Our rooms are priced according to size and situation - hence the wide price range.

All the above rates are per person per night for bed and full Scottish breakfast and include V.A.T

We reserve the right to increase the rates should this be deemed necessary

Deposit from £30 per adult - this is non-refundable if cancelled 30 days or less prior to your arrival date, cancellation before this will incur a £10 per person handling charge.

Children when sharing with 2 Adults - FREE accommodation, the only charge is for Breakfast at £5.00 to £12.50 (depending on age) per child plus the cost of any other food ordered. Cots are available at £5.00.

Dogs are welcome but not allowed in the "Special Rooms", public rooms or left unattended in bedrooms.

Breakfast from 8.00am to 9.30am at £12.50 (Early continental breakfasts by arrangement)
Tea, Coffee and Snacks etc. 10.00am to 5.00pm from £1.75
All Day Lunch Menu in the Bistro 12.30pm to 5.00pm from £3.60

Office Hours 8.00am to 10.00pm - Times may vary during winter months.

Please note that we do not have a lift however all our public rooms are on the ground floor and we do have a limited number of ground floor bedrooms.

Free WiFi internet access is available in the public rooms with a suitable laptop.
